Restroom Supply Replenishment

A clean restroom still creates a problem when soap or paper is missing. Turnpike Industrial Cleaning can include agreed replenishment tasks in your facility cleaning program.

Define products and responsibility We confirm dispenser types, compatible products, where backup stock is stored and who approves purchases. We also distinguish routine refill work from repairing or installing dispensers. Your agreement identifies the products and quantities covered.

A predictable stock process Restroom use changes with shifts, visitors and staffing. The crew lead records low stock and communicates exceptions through the agreed contact. Storage needs to be accessible to the cleaning crew without giving unnecessary access to operational or personnel areas.

How the preliminary allowance works Supply pricing can use a product-cost allowance plus a markup or a flat fee. Where consumption and product cost have not been established, supplies are quoted after the walkthrough rather than assigned an invented allowance. Actual usage and approved product choices determine the final scope.

Combine with your cleaning plan Include replenishment with daily light cleaning and weekly restroom deep cleaning. Start an estimate and tell us about your dispensers, staffing and current stock problems.
